Upon delivery, please inspect your package for visible damage. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund is credited to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
